Analysis and consideration of the cases related to emergency medical care - Focusing on the three major emergent diseases severe acute

Abstract
Emergency disease is the patient"s state in the emergent events, such as trauma or sudden illness. Therefore, emergency medical service is one of modern medicine that requires the emergent diagnosis and treatment.
Because three major emergent diseases(stroke, acute myocardial infarction, multiple major trauma), they can result in severe illness or death, medical malpractice of doctors in emergency room is likely to develop a medical accidents or medical litigations.
In this study, problems in our emergency medical service system are discussed and the alternative is proposed through analyzing judgment of medical malpractice in the case of three major emergent diseases. Ultimately, it is necessary to provide these patients with an appropriate early treatment in order to increase the survival rate of these patients. First, emergency patients must be systematically classified according to standardized triage(the severity of the emergency patients) by an experienced doctor(emergency medical specialist). Second, these patients must be transported quickly to emergency medical service system.
